If attendees are not already familiar with the modern development environment you may wish to run WDSC/RSE/RDi for Programmers in conjunction with this course

What the Course Covers

The course introduces RPG IV and ILE from the point of view of experienced RPG III (RPG/400) programmer. There are extensive hands-on exercises.

Prerequisites

Before taking this course, a student should:
  • Have at least six months experience of programming in RPG III
  • A knowledge of the modern development environment (WDSC/RSE/Rdi) would be advantageous
